Shipping Methods
Muse Beauti utilizes reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS for global shipping.
Total Delivery Time:
Total Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time:
We are committed to ensuring that your Wigs/Hair Extentions meets your specifications and our quality standards. Orders are reviewed and processed, in the order that they are received, usually within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. An additional 5 to 10 business days for custom wig services may be required. We will contact you with any questions and to confirm your preferences.
Shipping Times
Muse Beauti ships all orders from our studio in Charlotte, North Carolina during our business hours Monday through Friday! Shipping time and costs may vary due to unexpected factors like adverse weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide your street address for delivery. If there are issues with your shipping information, we will contact you within 24 hours. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience caused.
US Standard Shipping:
Usually Delivered within 3 to 5 business days from ship date.
US Express Shipping:
Usually delivered within 1 - 4 business days from ship date.
US Next Business Day Shipping:
Usually delivered on the next business day from ship date.
Orders are ONLY shipped out on Business Days. Business days include Mon-Fri, and do not include Weekends (Sat-Sun), Public Holidays, or Announced Vacation Times.
Shipping times are ESTIMATES AND APPROXIMATES ONLY. We try our best to stick to our usual turn-around times, however unprecedented delays may occur. In the case of a significant delay, we will be sure to contact you as far in advance as possible. Please be aware of possible delays around important dates such as Holiday Season (November-December), Election Season.
Shipping Carrier Estimated Times of Arrival are independent of Muse Beauti's Shipping Terms. Once packages are shipped off via Shipping Carrier, we no longer have control or access to your package. For the exact ETA of your packages please refer to your tracking # and tracking link located in your Shipping Confirmation Email.
Please do NOT inquire about your order status if you are still within your shipping window. If you are curious about your Order Status, please follow the chart below. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for failure to review our Shipping and Tracking policy prior to purchasing. We purchase all specs immediately after all orders are placed, therefore refunds cannot be issued.
To ensure the safe delivery of your order, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all Muse Beauti packages.
If no adult is available to sign at the time of delivery, UPS will either:
- Attempt redelivery at a later time, or
- Redirect the package to a local UPS facility for customer pickup.
Please note:
- Muse Beauti is not responsible for missed deliveries due to the unavailability of a signature.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone 21 years or older is available to sign at the time of delivery.
- Packages that are returned to sender due to multiple failed delivery attempts may result in additional shipping fees or order cancellation without a refund on shipping costs.
We value the security of your purchase and appreciate your understanding.
U.S. Observed Holidays
Orders WILL NOT BE PROCESSED OR SHIPPED on the following holidays. These dates are excluded when calculating shipping timeframes and processing durations:

Lost, Stolen and/or Damaged Packages:
Muse Beauti is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Any order disputes regarding lost or stolen packages WILL be backed with proof of purchase, as well as www.musebeauti.com's store policies.
Route Package Protection:
We’ve partnered with Route to offer our customers optional shipping protection for added peace of mind.
What is Route?
Route is a third-party app that allows you to easily protect your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
How it Works:
At checkout, you’ll see an optional line item called Route Package Protection.How to File a Claim:

- Enter your email and order number
- Submit your claim and Route will take care of the rest

Shipping Delays:
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We try our best to stick to our usual turn-around times, however unprecedented delays may occur. In the case of a significant delay, we will be sure to contact you as much in advance as possible. Please be aware of possible delays around important dates such as Holiday Season (November-December), Election Season.
Shipping Window:
Please DO NOT inquire about your order status if you are still within your shipping window. If you are curious about your Order Status, please follow the charts shown. We do NOT offer refunds for failure to review our Shipping and Tracking policy prior to purchasing. We purchase all specs immediately after all orders are placed, therefore refunds cannot be issued. The FIRST Business Day after you purchase Day 1 of your Order Status.
International Shipping:
We currently ship only within the United States. Stay tuned for future updates as we expand our shipping options!
Delivery Confirmation:
Muse Beauti shall deliver the products to the purchaser using the shipping method selected at checkout. Once delivery confirmation (electronic or otherwise) is received from the assigned carrier, Muse Beauti is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation, and the terms of sale are deemed to be completed.
