At Muse Beauti, we take pride in offering premium wigs and hair extensions designed with quality and care. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS on the following:

• Wigs
• Hair Extensions
• Gift Cards

Why We Don’t Accept Refunds on These Items:

1. Hygiene & Health Regulations
   For the safety of all customers, we cannot restock or resell wigs and hair extensions once they’ve left our facility. These are considered personal-use items and are not eligible for return due to health concerns. 
2. Custom and Personalized Orders
   Many of our wigs are custom-made and constructed based on your specific selections. Because of this level of customization, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed and confirmed.
3. Gift Cards Are Final Sale
   Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit once purchased.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your order details—including wig size, lace type, length, and texture—before completing your purchase. If you need help, we’re always happy to assist you beforehand to make sure you’re selecting the best option for your needs.

 Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@musebeauti.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your concern and provide a resolution in line with our replacement policy.
