ARE OUR WIGS GLUELESS?

Yes 100% Glueless!!! Light adhesive gel or spray can be used for extra security. Wig is removable.

WHAT TYPE OF HAIR DOES MUSE BEAUTI HAVE TO OFFER?

Raw Indonesian and Premium Virgin Extensions that has NOT been altered by steam or chemical processing in any way. Our Raw Hair is the most natural, pure, and 100% authentic hair on the market today. It is collected from one single donor and comes in natural hair textures: Natural Wavy. 

Premium Virgin Hair that is 100% human hair and lasts up to 12-24 months with proper care. Our hair is steamed processed for hair patterns (kinky curly, body wave, deep wave etc.). Our virgin hair is of great quality and can be dyed and styled to your liking.

 HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

We strive to ship all orders within 5-10 business days.

This includes a 3-5 business day processing period to ensure that your payment is verified and your item(s) are prepared to perfection.

EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS

Once your item(s) are ready to be shipped, well use USPS or UPS 3-day shipping to get it to you swiftly. We want you to start enjoying your new look as soon as possible!

WHY IS COMPLETING CONFIRMATION FORM IMPORTANT?

Completing Confirmation Form allows us to gather all the details we need to fulfill your order accurately. From your shipping address to any specific instructions or preferences, we want to make sure that your Wig arrives exactly as you envisioned it.       
Once you've submitted the Confirmation Form, we'll process your order promptly, ensuring that every step is handled with care and precision.

Signatures are required for all orders. Once your order has been shipped and your tracking has been sent. You must contact your local USPS or UPS were all updates on your delivery.

 CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR? HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

Yes, however we are not responsible for any hair damaged while coloring. Please be sure you or your stylists are a licensed professional when coloring the extensions. Once the hair is colored you will need to treat it as if you colored your real hair; deep conditioning once a week. Our hair can last for years if it is taken care of properly.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Please make sure that you double check your order before placing it. If you need to make any minor changes to your order please do so Prior to Processing and Shipping. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges. It is important to carefully consider your order before making a purchase.

• For a fuller look, you may want to add an extra bundle, especially for lengths 24” and above.
