At Muse Beauti, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered in a timely, secure, and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after your payment has been confirmed. Processing time does not include shipping duration.
2. Business Days and U.S. Holidays
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that all of our business operations, customer service, and order fulfillment are conducted on business days only. This means that any estimated shipping timeframes, delivery schedules, or processing durations provided on our website or during the checkout process should be understood in terms of business days. It is important to consider this when calculating the expected arrival of your order or contacting our customer support team for assistance.

3. Estimated Fulfillment Durations*
- In-Stock Items: Fulfilled within 2-3 business days.

The Estimated Shipping Durations Vary Based on The Type of Product you Order:

Ready-to-Ship
- Products that are in stock and available to ship immediately.
- Examples: Ready-to-Ship Collection items, hair products, and tools.
- Ships within: 3-5 business days.

Non-Custom (Pre-Order)
- Products that are ready-made or pre-made without any customization.
- Examples: Bundles, closures, frontals, clip-ins, tape-ins, ponytails, U-part, and headband wigs (uncustomized).
- Ships within: 5-10 business days.

Custom (Pre-Order)
- Products that require customization based on client specifications.
- Examples: Custom wigs, signature wigs, and custom wig services.
- Ships within: 15-20 business days.
Business days refer exclusively to Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
4. Calculating Your Shipping Window
Your shipping window begins after your order has been processed. For example, if you select a 3-day shipping method and your order is processed in 2 days, your package should arrive within 5 business days from the order date.

- Count only business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the first business day until you reach the end of the specified fulfillment range.
5. Order Tracking, Status, and Updates
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a UPS tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s status and delivery updates.

At Muse Beauti, the Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation emails are the primary channels for keeping you informed about your order’s progress. We do not provide individual updates during the fulfillment process. However, you can monitor your order's progress by calculating the number of business days elapsed and referring to the Shipping and Fulfillment Process Diagram for guidance.
Order Confirmation Email
Once your order is placed, an automated Order Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. This email is generated immediately and contains:
- Your unique order number
- Detailed order information
- Estimated shipping window
- Additional relevant details about your order
Shipping Confirmation Email
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email as soon as your order has been shipped, based on the estimated shipping window provided. This email will include:

Note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and updated on the UPS website.
To track your package:
- Click the direct link in your Shipping Confirmation Email.
- Alternatively, use the full tracking number provided to track your order on the UPS website for real-time updates on your package’s movements and delivery status.

6. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer various UPS shipping methods, including:
- Standard Ground (3-4 business days)
- Express (2-3 business days)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
Ground Shipping is the main method in which we ship all packages, which generally results in deliveries within 2-5 business days, varying based on the destination and other external factors.

7. Order Pick-Up
We do not currently offer order pick-up. All orders are shipped directly to the provided address.

Once your package is handed over to UPS, they assume full responsibility for its timely and secure delivery.
While Muse Beauti provides accurate shipping window estimates, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on UPS operations and unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Disruptions within the carrier's network
At this stage, Muse Beauti does not have control over the speed or location of your package. We recommend using the tracking link provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.
For any concerns or inquiries about the delivery process, we encourage you to contact UPS directly. Their customer support team can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about your package’s status and assist with any delivery-related issues.
UPS deliveries typically occur between 9 AM and 7 PM. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, especially for high-value items.
9. Shipping Delays
We understand how important it is for you to receive your packages on time, and we are committed to providing efficient shipping services. However, there are certain factors, both within and outside of our control, that can occasionally cause delays. If a delay occurs, we will make every effort to communicate with you as soon as possible. Please review the following information about potential delays:
Order Volume: During peak times, such as holidays, sales, or product launches, a higher volume of orders can affect processing and fulfillment times. While we prioritize fulfilling orders, the increased demand may result in slight delays. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
UPS Unforeseen Circumstances: Despite our best efforts, unexpected issues can arise within UPS's operations, including disruptions in their transportation network, technical difficulties, or other challenges. While these events are beyond our control, we will collaborate with UPS to resolve delays as quickly as possible.
Weather and Natural Events: Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other related events can disrupt transportation networks and cause unavoidable delays. Storms, hurricanes, snow, or floods may impact UPS's ability to deliver your package on time.
10. Lost/Stolen Packages
Muse Beauti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by UPS.
While we strive to offer reliable and secure shipping services through UPS, it’s important to acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to lost or stolen packages. Please review the following information regarding such situations:
Responsibility for Lost/Stolen Packages: Once your package is with UPS, they assume responsibility for its safe and timely delivery. In the rare instance that a package is lost or stolen during transit, please understand that this is beyond our control as the sender.
Assistance in Case of Lost/Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting UPS directly for immediate assistance. They have the necessary resources and expertise to investigate and resolve the issue.
Tracking and Insurance: To help reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages, we encourage you to use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking allows you to monitor your package's progress and confirm its delivery. Additionally, we suggest considering shipping insurance, if available, to offer extra protection and coverage for your shipment.
We understand the frustration and inconvenience caused by lost or stolen packages, and we are committed to supporting you throughout the resolution process. Please note that UPS is responsible for investigating and resolving these incidents and has the expertise to handle them efficiently.
11. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. Muse Beauti is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
To ensure your package is delivered to the correct address, we kindly ask that you carefully review and double-check the shipping address provided during checkout. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address to prevent potential delivery disputes and ensure verification.
If you need to change your delivery address, we recommend using the UPS My Choice portal. This convenient tool allows you to manage and update your delivery preferences. After receiving your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, simply click on the UPS Tracking link to create an account on the UPS My Choice portal. From there, you can make the necessary address changes.
12. International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. Stay tuned for future updates as we expand our shipping options!
13. Duties, Fees, and Taxes
All applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. Since we currently do not offer international shipping, no additional duties or fees apply.
